Camelia attended Hope College where she earned her bachelors in social work. After starting a job working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, she felt God tell her it was time to continue her education. Continuing to work full time Camelia attended Western Michigan University and received her Master’s in Social Work with a clinical focus in trauma and TF-CBT. Camelia is passionate about serving and loving people through the gifts that God has given her. She utilizes a trauma informed lens with each of her clients. She is able to see where they are and come alongside them as they begin, or continue, their healing journey.
